We helped him translate the vision into a company by helping him identify his customer, analyze the competition, define his differentiation, identified the key technical components, found subject matter experts, created a product roadmap, defined the business model, built a pitch deck & website, created a design prototype and even created a kickstarter style concept video in under 6 months.
